AI文档导出助手隐私政策
1. 处理的数据
为了生成您要求的文档，扩展可能访问当前受支持 AI 对话页面中可见或已加载的文本、问题、回答、标题、表格、代码、链接和图片，以及当前页面地址和平台名称。扩展还在浏览器本地保存界面语言、默认格式、导出选项等偏好设置。
2. 处理目的与方式
上述数据仅用于识别对话、生成预览及导出 Word、Markdown、TXT、PDF、PPTX 或 XLSX 文件。解析、排版和文件生成均在用户设备上的浏览器扩展环境中进行。扩展不会将对话内容发送给开发者或分析服务。
3. 存储与保留
- 偏好设置保存在
chrome.storage.local中，直至用户重置设置、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。 - 完整对话扫描状态和临时打印任务仅在浏览器本地保存，用于完成用户请求，并在使用后、过期后或浏览器清理时删除。
- 生成的文件由浏览器保存到用户选择的位置，后续由用户自行管理。
4. 分享、出售与第三方服务
开发者不会收集、出售、出租或向第三方提供对话内容，也不使用这些内容进行广告、信用评估或用户画像。为把图片嵌入用户要求的文档，扩展可能从图片所属 AI 平台的内容分发域名直接请求图片；请求由用户浏览器发起，不经过开发者服务器。
5. 权限用途
sidePanel：展示导出、预览和设置界面。storage：保存本地偏好、扫描状态及临时打印任务。scripting：扩展更新或重新加载后，在已打开的受支持页面恢复内容脚本连接。webNavigation：识别受支持单页应用中的对话地址变化并刷新导出状态。host_permissions：仅访问已声明的 AI 对话网站和为用户请求的图片导出所需的图片域名。
6. 用户控制
扩展仅在用户打开侧边栏、点击页面导出按钮或主动执行相关功能时处理对话。用户可以在设置页恢复默认设置、通过 Chrome 清除扩展数据，或卸载扩展以删除本地数据。
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
扩展对用户数据的使用仅限于提供和改进其单一、面向用户的对话文档导出功能，并遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy 的 Limited Use 要求。开发者不会允许人工读取用户对话内容。
8. 政策更新与联系

1. Data handled
To create a requested document, the extension may access visible or loaded text, prompts, responses, titles, tables, code, links, images, the current page URL, and platform name on supported AI conversation pages. It also stores local preferences such as interface language, default format, and export options.
2. Purpose and processing
This data is used only to identify a conversation, create a preview, and export a Word, Markdown, TXT, PDF, PPTX, or XLSX file. Parsing, formatting, and file generation happen in the browser extension environment on the user's device. Conversation content is not sent to the developer or analytics services.
3. Storage and retention
- Preferences remain in
chrome.storage.localuntil the user resets settings, clears extension data, or uninstalls the extension. - Full-conversation scan state and temporary print jobs remain locally only as needed to complete the request and are removed after use, expiration, or browser cleanup.
- Generated files are saved by the browser to a user-selected location and remain under the user's control.
4. Sharing, sale, and third parties
The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or disclose conversation content to third parties, and does not use it for advertising, credit assessment, or profiling. To embed an image in a requested document, the extension may request that image directly from the AI platform's content-delivery domain. The request is made by the user's browser and does not pass through a developer server.

6. User control
The extension processes a conversation only when the user opens the side panel, clicks its export button, or starts a related feature. Users can reset preferences, clear extension storage through Chrome, or uninstall the extension to remove local data.
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Use of user data is limited to providing and improving the extension's single, user-facing conversation-document export purpose and complies with the Limited Use requirements of the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. The developer does not permit humans to read user conversation content.
8. Changes and contact
